The Edge Element

Emma usually bases her images around real-life photos, adding fantasy or science-fiction elements or creating abstract effects. She uses a variety of programs, alternating between Fireworks, Photoshop and Gimp for the main image manipulations and adding elements created in Illustrator, Inkscape and even OpenOffice Draw.

Wherever possible, Emma uses her own photographs taken using a Canon EOS 1000D and a Motorola V3X. Other images are sourced from Stock.xchng and several other stock image websites.
